I think I built this about ten years ago, I don’t do exposed beams much anymore but this beach house is pretty great. I just saw it was available for sale, just an epic home here in Malibu…. @jademillsestates The great room celling was a painful process but well worth the work…. I love looking back to see if I’ve grown as a designer…. Not sure but still learning everyday….. Great home #scottgillendesign
