To look back and see what we’ve accomplished in the last 18 months is pretty unbelievable to me. This project overall took 11 years to get the coastal development process approval and another 8 to 10 months to get to the CITY OF MALIBU, in what we call the substantial conformance review. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, it is a massive undertaking and the other statement would be a waste. Five houses simultaneously, hand-picked details and custom everything throughout.
